Homework June 8 - 15, 2011

1. Make sure you have finished reading The Giver.

2. Complete Jonas' journal - due Friday.

3. Study for the test on Friday. Make sure you go over the words on the blue book mark and the words down from scrupulous on the yellow book mark.

4. We are working on the Giver Pamphlet which is due on June 15th. Instructions were given to students today, June 8th.

5. Bring back your text books. They are expensive, so you don't want to be paying for them in September.

6. Bring back all library books, and Ms. Gladden's library books.

7. There will be no more commentaries to write from the book marks. Instead there is the one project they are working on for the next week that is due on the 15th. This will count for about 400 points as there are 2 poems, graphic organizer, scavenger hunt, vocabulary and a paragraph to write.

Please Remember

all articles should be sent to me by January 15th, so we can edit them and get them into the program. Please make sure if you took pictures you stop by with the SD card. There are still many articles that have not been assigned. Please Please, we need help.

Articles Needed for Semester 2

This paper will be printed by Feb. 1st for distribution. Deadline for articles will be Jan. 10th. We need time to input into computer program.

I will check the blog periodically and time stamping will tell me who gets first call on an article.
